How Do the Plans Work?

Our subscription plans take into account the monthly number of appointments made. Additionally, you can include additional features or expand your plan limits by adding extra users, units, or accounts.

What are the payment methods?

Payments can be made via PIX, Boleto, or Credit Card for any subscription plan. For notification packages, which are released immediately, we only accept payment via Credit Card or through your PayPal account.

How to request an invoice?

No need to request an invoice. Electronic invoices are generated automatically after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification by email when it is ready and you can also find the invoices within your plan area.

O que são "Unidades"?

Na plataforma temos o conceito de "unidade", que seria uma forma de agrupar suas agendas. Cada "unidade" tem seu próprio link de agendamento e uma lista de agendas relacionadas a elas. Além disso, cada "unidade" pode ter seu próprio endereço.

Como funcionam as "contas" adicionais?

Além de sua conta principal, que pode ter vários usuários e agendas, você pode criar "sub-contas" para separar melhor os acessos e agendas. Nessa forma de configuração, o administrador de uma "sub-conta" pode configurar somente as agendas daquela sub-conta, sem ter acesso a outras "sub-contas" dentro da sua conta principal.
